Great communication and customer service. Penny and Sam patiently answered to my questions over and over. The swatches were sent right away and I purchased a 100% blackout linen curtain with the custom made length. The product was delivered one week after the order was placed and It came out beautifully. The length was just right to my rental unit in Waikiki.
